Ministry of Foreign Affairs asks me to inform you

that a Mr. Hsieh Pao-ch'iao of the Ministry of ailways has been sent to Canton to consult with Mr. Lu Chu-ko, Director of the Administration of the Canton-Kowloon Railway, and to arrange with Colonial Government for the revision of the Agreement for the operation of the two sections of the Railway.

They request that Hongkong Government will agree to discuss the matter with these two officers.
